198 No grace period after the publicized start time–start on time and stay on schedule
198 No incivility from the speaker or floor. First time, a warning; second time, escort the offender out.

010 ESTABLISHED: that solar power is a viable and valuable means of self-sustaining power for government, as well as for business and
residents, BE IT RESOLVED: that Oklahoma government entities strive to use solar power to power state government buildings,
when cost effective, and beneficial to the citizens of Oklahoma!
151 No one should be allowed to congregate at the microphone set up at the front, thus monopolizing it.
153 No congregating at or monopolizing the mics at the county or state convention.
153 No place for incivility or profanity, calling out any GOP-elected officials.
163 Maintain a spirit of civil decorum at the conventions, in speech and actions, at all times.

082 Any and all changes to county financial control must be approved by majority vote of the Executive Committee and Chairman must

202 State Convention–Delegates are limited in number of times they speak on any given issue–twice.
